I live in Texas. I teach for a living. I love nature, camping, hiking, birdwatching, kayaking and pretty much anything in the great outdoors. When I am not making art (or playing outside) I am teaching, reading, surfing the interwebz, cooking, shopping or hanging out with my man and my German Shepherd. I like tea, sushi and cheese enchiladas. I want to travel and one day learn how to surf. Law and Order is my favorite TV show and Incubus is my favorite band. I designed my first website about dragons when I was 11. I've been pixeling & dolling since the beginning of 2002... I got into it through the Palace Chat. Dolling has been a great outlet for me, it helped me form new friendships and improve as an artist. I got into graphic art because of dolling and have been doing that since 2006. I use a mix of Flash MX and Photoshop CS to create my vector drawings. Despite my obvious love for visual art, writing is my true creative outlet. I write mostly poetry but am also currently working on a longer story. I am still learning in every aspect of art, but I love all forms of self-expression!
